​Mentees who have successfully completed the Diamond Chapter and are fully prepared to take on the responsibilities are granted the esteemed Big Sister role. This position is highly valued and regarded as a significant achievement.

Our Big Sister's program is setup for girls ages 18-25 who are looking to take the role of a big sister, but not quiet ready to assume a position as a phase coach.
