My Story
At the age of 15 I became a teen mom and my life changed forever. It was during those times I felt I was a disappointment to my family, lonely and was shame at my actions. If it wasn't for the support of my mom I don't think I would be here to tell my story.
I want to provide the same love that was shown to me as a scared and confused young lady. I heard I was never going to be anything, I wouldn't ever graduate from high school and that I would end up with no husband, because no man would want me only use me, and that I would be living on welfare. It was the encouraging words of my mom "We will get through this, hold your head-up, because this don't define who you are, it defines what you will become". I am proud to say I did graduate from high school on time and even went to college. I am now married, a mother of 4, a grandmother, a soon to be author, the founder of Spice Girlz Mentoring Inc., a life coach and an ordained minister.
My life goal has always been to share what I have learned in my life and to always be transparent. I am passionate about building our young ladies and letting them know they can become anything they set out to become if they hold their heads up high and NEVER let what others say about them determine their destiny. I often say be the woman God designed you to become with no regrets.
I look forward to building together with you.
